Job description
HCA is seeking Registered Nurses to support residential aged care facilities in Fremantle and surrounding suburbs south of the river. Enjoy the freedom, flexibility and rewards that come with working for HCA!

Your duties as a Registered Nurse in aged care include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care and monitor residents’ health and wellbeing.
- Administering medications, manage care plans, and respond promptly to clinical changes.
- Leading and supporting care teams, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and upholding Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
- Adapting quickly to new facilities, working across various shifts and locations as needed.
- Competitive hourly rates: $48–$133/hr (dependent on increment level)

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Minimum 12 months full-time experience in residential aged care
- Valid National Police Check
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
