The Life Digital Solutions team initiates and implements important projects to ensure our organization is ready for the challenges of today and tomorrow. To start or guide various change projects, we are looking for a Project Leader & Analyst.

Within Services, you are responsible for various projects, including the implementation and management of digital solutions for the Health department.





Specifically?



You look together with our internal customers at the needs, questions, and wishes and the best prioritization.

You clarify, analyze, and document project requirements in detail to propose a solution that meets the needs of the stakeholders as well as possible.

You determine the approach and planning for the project, while keeping the budget under control.

You are responsible for the organization, follow-up, and communication to all stakeholders of your projects.

You strive to simplify the process and together with the IT teams define the best sustainable solution for AG.

You bring opportunities and risks related to your projects into account.

You ensure that the change management and information flow run optimally in collaboration with the other teams.

You remain responsible for your portfolio to ensure a continuous optimization for users.






This is you whole



You have at least 5 years of experience in analysis and project management, and taking the lead is in your DNA.

Managing projects and planning, and the corresponding communication with various stakeholders (business and IT)? That's a glove that fits your hand!

You are analytically inclined and can easily evaluate an existing situation or process.

You can easily step in and out of a project.

You dare to bring about change and can initiate and guide it.

You are a bridge builder and build professional relationships easily.

You find it fun to manage the different aspects of projects independently.

You express yourself fluently in Dutch, French, and English.
