Within the IT department of AG, the IS Non-Life Data team makes a significant contribution to the strategic objectives to make AG a data-centric and data-driven company.





The team is responsible for the following tasks:



making data available to users about all our assets that are needed for analyses and reporting

working together with them on projects to create our data backbone

supporting the migration of MAPS users to our Azure platform

supporting innovative AI and Gen-AI projects

carrying out compliance projects for Risk, Reinsurance, GDPR, ... and many more



We are looking for an IT Team Leader II for this team.

You are responsible for managing your team

You ensure a good team atmosphere and stimulate the development of your colleagues

You are responsible for following up on your budget and a portfolio of requests and projects for the scope Data Non-Life

You communicate with your clients and the Cito management

You plan and organize your work in an efficient manner, in close cooperation with all involved teams

You anticipate and adjust the capacity of the Cito teams according to the needs of your projects




You guarantee IT solutions that are adapted to the global vision of the architecture, respecting norms and aligned with the expectations of your clients
