We are looking for a Project Manager Infrastructure & Operations within our IT department, to manage projects around server environments, networks, cybersecurity, digital workplace, cloud center of excellence, database engineering, monitoring & alerting. These projects play an essential role in the stability, security, and evolution of our IT environment. You will follow the operational and technological transformation of AG from the front row. As soon as the project starts, you will involve all stakeholders (IT, Security, Architecture, Business, Run, ...) to align the scope, objectives, dependencies, and operational impact. You are responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of the project, and you keep the budget, schedule, and risks under control. You challenge the technical teams to ensure that the solutions are sustainable and robust and meet AG's standards. You take into account the impact for the business and users, as well as the operational consequences: you look ahead and, where necessary, you provide support, explanation, training, ... You proactively implement risk management: detection, communication, migration plans, arbitration. You ensure clear, professional communication at all levels: technical experts, operational staff, management, and executives. You ensure smooth implementation, coordinate testing phases, organize validation, and support the transition to Run. You oversee the continuous optimization of the perimeter you have set up (post go-live). Do you recognize yourself in this? Technical skills (expected level: understanding + capacity to challenge): You have a good overview of IT infrastructure environments: servers, storage, network, security, cloud, workplace, and monitoring. You understand the impact and dependencies of changes in these environments and know how to ask the right questions. Project management holds no secrets for you: managing, anticipating, aligning, and communicating are your strengths. You have 2 to 10 years of experience in project management. You know IT and infrastructure like the back of your hand. Estimating workload, drawing up a schedule, arranging resources, controlling execution, adapting the plan... you just love it! You can communicate excellently at every level: technical, operational, business, management. You are known for your analytical skills, your ability to step back, and to manage both the big picture and the practical details. You quickly identify risks, dependencies, and consequences. You don't just point them out; you also propose solutions. You love to collaborate, facilitate, and co-create. You have a talent for bringing people together. You are comfortable in a multidisciplinary environment that is constantly evolving. You speak fluent English, you master one of the two national languages, and you can lead a meeting in the other national language. Education: You have obtained a master's degree or have equivalent work experience. PM certification (Prince2, PMP, Agile, ...) is a plus, not a requirement.
