Aftermarket Sales Representative

Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Aftermarket Sales Representative (ASR) to join our team. The ASR will be responsible for generating service and parts business by building relationships with new customers in an assigned territory. This role involves supporting existing accounts to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction. The ASR will collaborate with company personnel to develop and maintain customer relationships. This position reports to the Service Manager or Branch Manager. The ASR will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch. Key responsibilities include: • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to generate service and parts business. • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow the aftermarket sales. • Collaborating with company personnel to develop and maintain customer relationships. • Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Maintaining accurate records and reports of sales activities and customer interactions. • Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and services. • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the branch. • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. • Adapting to changing market conditions and customer needs. • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues. • Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Branch Manager. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field. • Proven track record of success in sales or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports. • Strong customer service skills. • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity. • Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Branch Manager.
