- AMP superannuation - up to 10% employer contribution
- Private Healthcare Insurance
- Structured onboarding + LMS + international training
- Career mobility across 70+ countries

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a relationship-first sales role focused on managing and growing a well-established territory from Ashburton South. You'll work with a loyal customer base to deliver service solutions that keep critical equipment running, maximising uptime, reducing operational risk, and supporting long-term business performance.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience selling services for high-value equipment such as pumps, elevators, or other machinery requiring ongoing maintenance. If you've successfully sold both equipment and associated service plans, you'll find this opportunity aligns well with your strengths.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of industrial clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their service needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Selling preventative maintenance plans, parts + labour packages, and tailored service solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Planning and executing a structured call cycle, informed by visibility into the installed base and upcoming service needs.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand the downstream impact of equipment failure, the cost of downtime, and the strategic value of proactive servicing.
- Collaborating with technical teams and service engineers to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Driving retention and incremental growth in a territory that's already primed for success.
ABOUT YOU
You're a natural relationship builder with a service mindset. You enjoy being on the road, solving problems, and making a tangible difference for your clients. You understand that selling a service means understanding the customer's operations, challenges, and long-term goals.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in industries where servicing and maintaining critical equipment is key. You understand the importance of selling not just the product, but the ongoing service that ensures reliability and performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive, can-do attitude, with the resilience to navigate challenges and the drive to keep moving forward.
- Technical curiosity and aptitude, with a willingness to learn and understand complex equipment and service models.
- A balanced focus on account management and growth, you're skilled at nurturing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Comfort working independently in the field, with a preference for face-to-face engagement and a self-driven approach to managing your day.
What sets this role apart:
- Selling a service is different from selling a product. It requires deeper customer insight, a consultative approach, and the ability to demonstrate ongoing value. You'll be helping clients:
- Reduce operational risk and downtime
- Minimise administrative burden
- Align service solutions with their business strategy
- Ensure continued value for money beyond the initial sale
