After-sales Service Engineer

Actively participate in various training programs organized by the company to enhance after-sales service capabilities and service quality. 2. Provide timely and effective after-sales service support to customers in accordance with company norms and requirements. 3. Be responsible for handling online and on-site machine quality issues for customers in the market covered by the subsidiary. 4. Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, and maintain a high level of productivity. 5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, customer service representatives, and other departments. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve after-sales service capabilities and quality.
