We are looking for Peter Berghaus GmbH for our location in Kürten as soon as possible an After Sales & Customer Service employee (m/f/d).

THIS IS WHAT WE NEED YOU FOR:

• Holistic support for our customers from receipt of order to completion of the process
• Active communication with our customers regarding delivery dates, changes to delivery times and the current order status
• Proactive contact after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordination and scheduling for inspections, maintenance and service deployments – on site at the customer or at our premises
• Organization and coordination of collections and returns
• Support and maintenance of our online platform in the after-sales environment
• Close coordination with production, logistics, service and sales to ensure smooth processes

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING:

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in the after-sales, service or customer service environment
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills
• Safe handling of digital systems and online platforms
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
