After-Sales Consultant F/M (Based at Cluses)
Job description
Reporting to the workshop manager, you will be responsible for:
- To welcome clients in our workshops
- To take appointments by phone and schedule them
- To ensure the handling of vehicles
- To coordinate mechanical repair interventions, leading your team around repair processes and respecting legal data in our industries
- To develop sales and advise customers on services to be performed
- To return vehicles to customers and ensure their satisfaction
You:
- Hold a BAC Pro to Bac +3 technical and/or commercial degree
- Are rigorous, autonomous with excellent interpersonal skills
- Have a strong team spirit and good business sense
- Have good computer knowledge
- Have experience in automotive after-sales
