After-Sales Consultant F/M (Based at Challans)
Job description
Reporting to the workshop manager, you will be responsible for:
- Welcome clients in our workshops
- Schedule appointments by phone and plan them
- Ensure vehicle handling
- Coordinate mechanical repair interventions, leading your team around repair processes and respecting legal data of our industries
- Develop sales and advise customers on the services to be performed
- Return vehicles to customers and ensure their satisfaction
You:
- Hold a BAC Pro degree or higher in technical and/or commercial fields
- Are rigorous, autonomous with excellent interpersonal skills
- Have a strong team spirit and good business sense
- Have good computer knowledge
- Have experience in automotive after-sales
- Hold a B driving license
