After Sales & Claims Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who will be responsible for managing after-sales services and claims. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Manage and resolve customer complaints and claims in a timely and professional manner; • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that all customer requests are met; • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers; • Analyze and report on customer feedback and satisfaction; • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, or engineering); • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
