WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Account Business Reviews (ABRs) form the common thread in conversations between our account managers and clients. During these periodic meetings, collaboration, performance, points of attention, opportunities, and joint follow-up steps are central. Preparation currently takes a lot of time, as relevant information from various systems and sources must be manually collected and merged.

Your challenge is to investigate how information from different systems within a safe and controlled environment can be automatically brought together and processed into a professional ABR report. AI helps structure, summarize, and formulate relevant insights, recommendations, and topics for the upcoming conversation. This way, you help account managers to be better prepared and to engage with more focus.

AI also plays an important role after the meeting. You investigate how conversations can be efficiently summarized, how decisions and action points are recorded, and how the agreements made are reflected in the report or in a confirmation to the client. The final solution is not predetermined. You determine, based on user needs, available data, AI capabilities, and technical feasibility, which approach best suits Voortman.

INTENDED RESULT

The intended result is a substantiated advice with a validated AI concept or prototype for the ABR process. The solution supports the preparation, execution, and follow-up of client conversations and demonstrates how information from different sources can be converted into a useful report, concrete agreements, and clear client communication. The approach must be practically applicable, reliable, and scalable within Voortman.

We ask

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the direction of Business IT & Management, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Commercial Economics, Business Administration, Information Science, or similar.

• You are skilled with AI and have an affinity for data, process improvement, and commercial customer processes.

We offer

• A fee: €600,- per month;

• Travel expenses reimbursement: so you don't incur unnecessary costs;

• Equipment and materials: for example, a laptop, special tools, or software;

• Experienced coach: good guidance is important and therefore you will get a permanent coach to support you;
