Many steel bridges from the 1960s and 1970s are due for renovation or replacement. Fatigue and stability are important technical themes in this regard. During your graduation internship, you will research one of these topics. The precise assignment will be determined together. This way, you will deepen your technical knowledge and deliver knowledge that the team can use for complex bridges and structures.

Your team at Movares

For you as a graduation intern in Civil Engineering Structures, there is a place in our Civil Engineering Structures department within the Steel team.

You will work in a young team of 12 structural engineers. Together, you will perform calculations for complex bridges and other structures. The team uses current calculation tools, some of which have been developed in-house. The projects are often integral and multidisciplinary. This means that during your graduation internship, you will have contact with colleagues from various fields. You will be given the opportunity to specialize in steel structures and further develop your knowledge. With your research, you will simultaneously contribute to the knowledge within the team.
