Afrikaans Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Our client based in Century City is seeking Afrikaans Speaking Customer Service Advisor. The key objective of the role is to identify and understand customer needs, delivering a first class customer service to increase the profitability of the business while remaining committed to treating customers fairly. Speaking directly with clients via an inbound line and provide responses to general contract and transactional inquiries. Experience: Minimum of 12 months unbroken inbound call centre experience, preferably in a customer service or sales environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. The role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be a team player, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
