As a MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR, you will act in our Sorocaba plant with the mission of ensuring the reliability of machines.

Main responsibilities:

- Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure that all pre-operational planning is done properly, guaranteeing that the asset enters operation with all maintenance requirements met.

- Gather and monitor critical asset indicators from operational units, such as MTTF (Mean Time To Failure), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), non-conformity events, and accidents, to identify and analyze deviations.

- Monitor the cost of life for the asset, from installation to maintenance and disposal;

- Provide technical support for the application of reliability methodologies, such as MASP, RCM, FTA, PMO, perform statistical analyses on critical assets, aiming to improve their maintenance strategies and reduce failures.

- Keep local reliability indicators updated and ensure their visualization on platforms like Power BI, offering clear insights for decision-making.

- Capture and document proactive improvements in maintenance plans performed at units and coordinate planners to standardize these improvements in other equipment.

- Review and approve requests for changes to maintenance plans, ensuring that changes are aligned with best practices and strategic objectives.

- Conduct on-site audits and coordinate with the team to standardize these practices in the factory, ensuring that assets are maintained effectively and preventively.

- Develop and implement repair and maintenance procedures; monitor the cost-benefit ratio of activities to optimize resources, prioritize expenses, and achieve punctuality, reliability, and safety standards.

- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with contractors to minimize costs and ensure that the organization receives satisfactory service standards.
