AFFIRMATIVE JOB VACANCY FOR WOMEN - FULL MAINTENANCE PLANNING (32092)

In the position of FULL MAINTENANCE PLANNER, you will act in our Sorocaba plant with the mission to ensure the planning of industrial maintenance demands.

Main responsibilities:

- Create, review and improve preventive and predictive maintenance plans for machines and equipment.
- Create, update and ensure compliance with the planned maintenance schedule, programming ahead of time the stops along with production and logistics departments.
- Program and request necessary materials and services for execution of planned or corrective maintenance.
- Prepare and update management presentations and maintenance indicators such as Downtime, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), Costs (Planned vs. Real), Efficacy of Preventive (Planned vs. Real), and OEE (Global Equipment Efficiency).
Research, develop and apply new technologies, solutions and partnerships to improve maintenance indicators and internal customer service.
- Participate in the acquisition, testing and installation of new machines and equipment, suggesting improvements and adjustments for compliance with plans and procedures for maintenance.
- Study, participate and implement modifications through programs and tools such as FMEA, KAIZEN, ZPS, KVP, etc., aiming to improve ergonomic conditions, safety, optimization of times and availability of the machine and equipment.
- Plan and analyze maintenance costs through an information system, along with interface areas and control departments.
- Prepare a technical report for defining investment, reform, update and replacement needs for machines and equipment.
- Activate service provider and technical assistance, guiding and controlling their activities, as well as ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Ensure the registration of machines and equipment, ABC classification, documentation and physical and digital filing.
