We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to support the management and growth of performance-oriented and acquisition-focused affiliate programs.

The person will work with publishers, partners, and affiliate platforms to maximize results and identify new growth opportunities.

Role Challenges:

• Daily management of affiliate campaigns and programs.

• Relationship and communication with publishers and partners.

• Search and acquisition of new affiliates.

• Monitoring and optimization of KPIs: CPA, ROAS, conversion, revenue, etc.

• Preparation of performance reports, deduplication, and results analysis.

• Coordination with Programmatic, SEM, Social, and Analytics teams.

• Control of creatives, promotions, and tracking.

• Identification of scaling and optimization opportunities.
  

You are the one if:

• 5-8 years of experience in affiliate marketing.

• Analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.

• Excellent command of Excel / Google Sheets.

• Professional English level.

• Organized, problem-solving profile with communication skills.

Highly Valued Plus

• Practical and strategic experience with major players (Rakuten, Awin, Tradedoubler, CJ, Impact, etc).

• Experience in e-commerce or retail.

• Knowledge of tracking and attribution tools.
