As an Affiliate Marketing Manager (Creator Manager) - all genders, you will be responsible for various clients. Your focus: scaling your creator communities.

You are always one step ahead. You quickly dive into TikTok Shop, build sustainable creator communities for your clients, and always keep an eye on what's currently working well on TikTok Shop.

the task

• Creator Sourcing & Onboarding:
  • You build the TikTok Shop affiliate network and make it scalable
  • You identify and acquire new creators per month – matching the brand, target audience, and product
  • You keep an eye on your top creators per client and ensure they remain top creators
  • You manage the entire onboarding process: from the initial contact and contract processing to the first posting
  • You have a feel for which creator fits which brand – and which doesn't
• Creator Management & Communication:
  • You are the central point of contact for several affiliates simultaneously – you maintain the relationship, provide clear feedback, and ensure that creators perform
  • You create briefs that not only inform creators but truly activate them
  • You coordinate content productions and ensure that output quality and timelines are met
• Campaign Management:
  • You plan, set up, and evaluate various campaigns for your clients
  • You select products to be promoted in the campaigns & manage the sample logistics for your clients and campaigns
  • You translate viral hits on TikTok Shop into your campaigns
• Performance & Optimization:
  • You consistently track the performance of your creators: GMV, affiliate sales – and know what the numbers mean
  • You derive measures, continuously optimize the creator setup, and scale what works
  • You bring your learnings to the team in a structured manner and jointly develop new standards

you

• You have at least three years of experience in creator management: whether in UGC, influencer, or other areas
• You ideally have worked in a fast-growing environment or in a marketing agency
• No TikTok Shop background necessary – but a genuine interest in the platform and how creator commerce works
• Organizational talent: You maintain an overview, even when managing multiple creators, brands, and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication skills – you can communicate professionally with creators at eye level as well as with clients
• Data affinity: You enjoy working with numbers and use them to make better decisions
• Hands-on mentality – you don't wait for instructions, you take action
