Affiliate Marketing Manager

Angara E-Commerce Private Limited is a luxury jewellery e-commerce company founded in the year 2007. It is a subsidiary of the American company, Angara Inc., which is headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Over the last few years, Angara has grown exponentially, establishing itself as a global leader in handcrafted colored gemstone as well as diamond jewellery. Our luxury jewellery is shipped to more than 65 countries worldwide, and has a presence in the United States of America, Bangkok, Australia and India. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team and to take ownership of our affiliate channel. Job Description: * Develop and implement strategies to drive affiliate growth and sales. * Manage existing affiliate partnerships, including recruitment, onboarding, and training. * Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, including bloggers, influencers, and other relevant websites. * Negotiate commission rates and other terms with affiliate partners. * Monitor affiliate performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. * Optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize ROI. * Create and manage affiliate marketing content and promotional materials. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. * Prepare and present reports on affiliate marketing performance. * Collaborate with other marketing team members to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall marketing goals. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing. * Proven track record of driving affiliate growth and sales. * Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and tools. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to analyze data and identify trends. * Strong project management and organizational skills. * Experience with e-commerce is a plus.
