The Role As our Affiliate Manager , you will play a pivotal role in expanding WPT Global's reach and player base. You will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships to drive player acquisition and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates. Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, including commission structures and payment terms. Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular reports and analysis. Optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize player acquisition and ROI. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing. Qualifications: Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the online gaming industry. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, including tracking, reporting, and optimization. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
