Affiliate Manager (m/w/d)

We are CASA Media, a social media agency from Berlin with a focus on influencer-driven app marketing. Every month, we bring 250+ influencer collaborations to life for our clients. This is fast-paced, performance-oriented, and with high quality standards.

Aufgaben

In short

You take ownership of our affiliate area: partner structure, performance, reporting, and scaling. You work data-driven, make clear prioritizations, and continuously develop affiliate as a channel.

🎯 Your Mission

You scale affiliate as a channel with a focus on profitable growth, partner quality, and clean measurability.

🧩 Your Tasks

• End-to-end responsibility for the affiliate channel: partner strategy, setup, care, and scaling
• Active acquisition, onboarding, and development of affiliate partners/publishers
• KPI ownership: monitoring, optimization, and steering central key figures (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC)
• BUILDING AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF REPORTING STRUCTURES INCLUDING DERIVATION OF CONCRETE MEASURES
• Identification of growth potential through data analysis, market observation, and tests
• CLOSE COORDINATION WITH INFLUENCER/PERFORMANCE/MANAGEMENT TO OPTIMIZE CAMPAIGNS AND OFFERS

Qualification

✅ What you bring with you

• Multiple years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing (agency or in-house)
• Very good understanding of performance key figures, funnel logic, and scaling levers
• Structured, independent working style and a clear view for priorities
• Very good German and good English (at least B2)
• Very comfortable with Google Sheets; experience with partner platforms/tracking is a plus

➕ Nice to have

• Experience with affiliate networks or platforms (e.g. Awin, CJ, Impact etc.)
• Understanding of tracking/attribution (UTMs, Pixels, Postbacks – depending on setup)
• Experience in app/subscription models or performance-based partner deals
• Experience in negotiating conditions (RevShare, CPA, Hybrid Models)
