afarax is looking for a freelance Senior Test Coordinator - SAP S/4HANA / Data & Finance. We need you! Our client in the energy sector is looking for a Senior Test Coordinator - SAP S/4HANA / Data & Finance to strengthen its team. Main responsibilities Define, implement and maintain the test strategy, in accordance with the client's methodology and project acceptance criteria. Define entry and exit criteria for the different test phases. Cover functional and non-functional aspects (NFR), particularly load, performance, and security. Define and coordinate the activities of the different testing phases: test plans, test cases, data preparation, execution, monitoring, and closure. Lead and support the various teams and stakeholders, particularly the Business teams, during test campaigns. Organize the test structure in HP Quality Center (HPQC) and/or Azure Test Plans, in accordance with the client's standards and best practices. Build and maintain the overall test schedule, integrating in particular the availability and dependencies of the different environments. Ensure the coordination of tests related to data migration to SAP S/4HANA, particularly for the Finance domain. Ensure the monitoring of defects, their qualification and prioritization in collaboration with the Project Manager, Business representatives, and the Data Factory. Guarantee the quality and consistency of information in the testing tools: test statuses, defects, campaign organization, traceability, etc. Identify and track risks, dependencies, blockers, and points of attention likely to impact test campaigns. Define and produce KPIs and testing indicators, based on the client's standards. Provide reliable reporting to enable project committees and steering committees to have a clear view of progress, quality, and risks. Collaborate with the Testing Lead and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices and processes. Is this you? Essential skills - must have: 6+ years of experience in defining and implementing test strategies for medium to large-scale projects: activities, planning, monitoring, risks, and costs. Proven experience with HP Quality Center (HPQC). Experience in leading test campaigns with Business teams: planning, coordination, support, coaching, and execution monitoring. 6+ years of recent testing experience in Agile/Scrum, V-model, and hybrid environments. Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously. French C2. English B1 minimum. Desired skills - should have: ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent knowledge. Minimum 3 years of experience in Analytics, BI, Data, or Big Data. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps / Azure Test Plans. Experience in leading tests for SAP projects. SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Finance domain experience is a significant advantage. Experience with projects involving data migration and validation. How afarax supports you?
