Through Medewerkersindezorg.nl, you can work occasional shifts in Zaandam and the surrounding area as a Helpende, Helpende Plus, or Verzorgende IG. You choose when you work and how many shifts you want to do.

What we offer you

• € 19.32 to € 26.71 gross per hour (including 8% holiday pay and 8.33% year-end bonus) - CAO VVT, often an extra step is possible;
• € 3,014 to € 4,166 gross per month based on 36 hours (including 8% holiday pay and 8.33% year-end bonus) - CAO VVT, often an extra step is possible;
• Complete freedom to choose your own shifts;
• No mandatory number of hours per week or month;
• Shifts at various healthcare organizations;
• ORT (irregular hours allowance) when you work at irregular times;
• Choice of weekly or bi-weekly payment;

Activities

You will work as a fully-fledged healthcare professional and perform the tasks that fit your role as a Helpende, Helpende Plus, or Verzorgende IG.
You will support residents and clients, for example, with daily care and ADL (Activities of Daily Living) and, together with your colleagues, provide good and personal care.

Your experience will be very useful. After all, you have built up years of knowledge that residents and colleagues can still benefit greatly from.
Working in healthcare can be physically demanding. That's why we believe it's important that you can perform the tasks belonging to your role well and safely, even after retirement.
You are physically capable of performing all tasks and ADL activities that belong to your role.
How often you want to do this is entirely up to you.

Working Hours and Schedule

Via our app, you can see available shifts in Almere and the surrounding area. Seen a nice shift that fits well? Then you can schedule yourself.

Do you want to work every week? Great. Prefer a few shifts per month? Also good. And are you going on vacation for a while or simply don't feel like working? Then you schedule nothing.

You determine where, when, and how often you work.

Job Requirements

• You have a diploma as Helpende, Helpende Plus, Verzorgende IG, or Verpleegkundige;
• You have experience in healthcare;
• You are physically capable of performing all tasks and ADL activities that belong to your role;
• You can perform your work independently and responsibly;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language.
