Aesthetic Sales Counselor

Role Overview: At Looks Aesthetics, as a Counselor , you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients exploring aesthetic solutions. Your role will be to deeply understand each client’s goals, educate them on suitable treatments, and ensure a personalized, seamless experience from the initial consultation through post-treatment care. Key Responsibilities Client Consultations: Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' skincare concerns, goals, and medical history. Explain various treatment options, including chemical peels, microneedling, and laser therapy, in a clear and concise manner. Develop customized treatment plans based on client needs and preferences. Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the treatment process. Client Communication: Establish strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring they feel informed and empowered throughout their aesthetic journey. Treatment Administration: Administer treatments as prescribed by physicians or other medical professionals. Maintain accurate records of treatments, including pre- and post-treatment notes, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner. Education and Training: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments and technologies. Collaborate with the Looks Aesthetics team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and promotional materials. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or healthcare administration. 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and technologies is an asset but not required.
