AES Occupational Assistant (F/H)

Our agency stands out for its expertise in the field of disability, offering numerous opportunities. Within a Residential Care Home and Accommodation welcoming around 70 people, you will contribute to improving the well-being and autonomy of residents
- Assist residents in daily life activities with care and respect
- Participate in developing and implementing personalized projects
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure global accompaniment
- Observe and report changes in resident behavior
- Accompany residents during supervised external outings and activities
Shift work with a necessary amplitude ranging from 7am to 10pm
1 weekend worked out of 2
- Contract: Full-time employment contract available as soon as possible
- Salary according to collective agreement 66
CSE Benefits We are looking for an Educational and Social Assistant (F/H) or AES for a medical-social establishment, with initial experience in the Disability sector
- Empathy and active listening skills to understand residents' needs
- Teamwork competence to collaborate effectively with healthcare staff
- Required training: State Diploma in Educational and Social Assistance
- Ability to manage stressful situations with calmness and benevolence
- Commitment to respect strict security and hygiene protocols
