In a welcoming environment, you will actively contribute to the well-being and accompaniment of residents within a residential care home.

- Accompany residents in daily life activities to develop their autonomy
- Participate in the development and implementation of personalized accompaniment projects
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure global care for residents
- Ensure regular and welcoming communication with residents and their families
- Watch over the safety and comfort of residents while respecting current protocols

Here are the details of the opportunity:
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 5 weeks
- Salary: average of €14 per hour The Social Educator (F/H) sought will be devoted and empathetic for a enriching role in a residential care home.

- You demonstrate exceptional relational qualities, fostering communication and attentive listening
- You possess a State Diploma in Social Education (DEAES) or are in the process of obtaining it
- Your ability to work as part of a team is exemplary, while knowing how to take personal initiatives
- You show adaptability in the face of different situations encountered during daytime missions
- You have a marked interest in accompanying people with vulnerability
