Aerospace Buyer (AS9120 Standard)

Job Summary: The Aerospace Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, components, and services that meet AS9120 regulatory requirements. This role ensures timely procurement, supplier compliance, and cost efficiency for aerospace manufacturing and MRO operations. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate suppliers in compliance with AS9120 standards. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve optimal quality and cost. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with AS9120 regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities align with business objectives. Key Requirements: Strong understanding of AS9120 regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Experience working with aerospace industry suppliers or similar industries. Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
