Tax Attorney

Job has a hybrid system, with the possibility of home-office on Sundays and Fridays. Minimum requirements 2 years of experience in Tax Litigation (administrative and/or judicial). Experience with annulment actions of fiscal debt, tax execution, and attachments to tax execution. Knowledge of applicable tax legislation (laws, decrees, regulations, and infralegislative acts relevant to the matter). Ability to perform legal research and analysis of theses.
