• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and validating contracts of various natures (commercial, supplier, service provision, confidentiality, partnerships, leases, among others).
• Support for business areas in interpreting contractual clauses and mitigating risks.
• Standardization of contractual models and improvement of contract management processes.
• Legal consulting for internal areas, issuing opinions and guidance in different areas of Law.
• Legal support in strategic negotiations, considering legal and business aspects.
• Analysis and translation of legal risks into objective recommendations for decision-making.
• Monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings in conjunction with external law firms.
• Analysis of procedural strategies and validation of legal documents and directions.
• Control of deadlines, contingencies, and legal department indicators.
• Support in drafting, reviewing, and updating internal policies.
• Ensuring the legal compliance of the company's operations.
• Identification of legal risks and proposal of preventive actions.
• Participation in strategic projects representing the legal area.
• Close collaboration with leadership, contributing to decisions aligned with business needs.
• Promotion of preventive legal practice, focused on generating value and reducing risks for the company.

Education and Technical Competencies:

• Completed Law degree.
• Active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association).
• Solid experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate contracts.
• Knowledge of Corporate Law, with the ability to act as an internal point of contact for departmental demands.
• Experience in internal legal consulting to support business areas.
• Generalist knowledge in Business Law, Contract Law, Labor Law, Tax Law, and Compliance.
• Experience in managing and monitoring external law firms.
• Ability to identify legal risks and guide internal areas on best practices.
