Senior Attorney - Tax Litigation (Judicial and Administrative)
Job description
We are a full-service law firm based in São Paulo. Responsibilities: Coordination of team of lawyers and interns; Accompaniment of judicial and administrative tax processes nationwide; Realization of hearings and oral arguments; Preparation of petitions, appeals, and reports; Participation in defining strategies for cases involved. Requirements: Experience in Tax Litigation Judicial and Administrative (experience with indirect taxes such as ICMS, ISS, and PIS/COFINS); Strong knowledge of Brazilian tax laws and regulations; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Excellent communication skills; Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
