Senior Tax Litigation Lawyer (Coordination)
Job description
We are a full-service law firm based in São Paulo. Responsibilities: Coordination of team of lawyers and interns; Accompaniment of judicial and administrative tax processes at the national level (federal and state, including CARF); Realization of hearings and oral arguments; Preparation of petitions, appeals, and reports; Participation in defining strategies for cases involved. Requirements: Strong performance in Tax Litigation Judicial; Strong performance in Tax Litigation Administrative; Strong performance in Tax Litigation Federal; Strong performance in Tax Litigation State; Strong performance in CARF; Strong performance in Audits; Strong performance in Investigations; Strong performance in Trials.
