Full-Time/Senior Lawyer — Corporate and Banking Civil Litigation

We are looking for a lawyer at the Full-Time/Senior level for predominant activity in corporate and banking civil litigation, with an emphasis on strategic demands involving investment funds, credit operations, and fiduciary guarantees.

Requirements and conditions:

• Specializations, postgraduate degrees, and other complementary training will be considered differentiators;
• Hiring under the provisions of Provimentos 112/2006 and 169/2015 of the Federal Council of the OAB;
• Predominant activity in the area of corporate litigation, which may be extended, depending on the lawyer's experience and qualifications, to judicial reorganizations, bankruptcies, and consulting on fiduciary alienation procedures;
• Prospect for professional evolution based on merit, technical performance, commitment, and performance.
