Job Requirements

• Completed Law degree;
• Minimum of 4 years of registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association);
• Postgraduate/Specialization will be a differential;
• Experience in M&A operations, drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documents.

Activities to be performed

• Act in M&A operations and corporate demands, with drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documents;
• Coordination of M&A projects, including organizing operation steps and interfacing between involved parties;
• Coordination of legal audits (due diligence) and monitoring of documentary analyses;
• Coordination of registration of corporate acts before the competent bodies;
• Monitoring and guidance of team lawyers in project demands;
• Direct contact with partners and clients for alignment and demand management.
