OBJECTIVE:

To draft, manage, and review various contracts; develop and implement contract management policies; comply with CVM regulations and provide legal consultancy on contractual matters for internal clients.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including, but not limited to, supplier agreements, service agreements, supply agreements, confidentiality agreements, partnership agreements, and software license agreements;
• Provide advisory legal support to business areas (procurement, sales, operations, expansion, and marketing), issuing opinions and guidance on contractual risks;
• Support the negotiation process with suppliers, service providers, and business partners;
• Operate contract management software, propose and implement systemic adjustments and process improvements;
• Develop, implement, and update policies, procedures, and standard contract templates;
• Support the implementation of contract management processes and supplier due diligence; and
• Prepare reports and performance indicators for the contracts area;

PREREQUISITES:

Bachelor's degree in Law

Active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration

Postgraduate degree in Contract, Civil, or Business Law
