Junior Lawyer - Banking & Finance

Requirements and qualifications:

• Law degree with active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration;
• Experience with financial transactions, Corporate Finance, Project Finance and/or Asset Finance;
• Skill in analyzing and drafting financing agreements and security packages;
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
• Previous experience in law firms focused on Banking & Finance or legal departments of financial institutions will be a differential.
