Modality: Associate Lawyer

Adelaine Abreu Advocacia is expanding its team and seeking a lawyer with a technical, analytical profile and excellent legal writing skills for practice in Banking Law and Civil Litigation.

• Prepare initial petitions, defenses, statements, and appeals;

• Analyze cases, banking contracts, and documents;

• Identify nullities, risks, and applicable legal theses;

• Conduct legal and jurisprudential research;

• Monitor cases and control deadlines;

• Analyze decisions and indicate the appropriate procedural measures;

• Keep internal systems and case information updated.

• Law degree and active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration;

• Practical experience in drafting procedural pleadings (minimum 1 year);

• Solid knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure;

• Excellent legal writing skills;

• Ability to develop independent legal reasoning, without relying on generic templates;

• Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility with deadlines;

• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence applied to legal practice.

• Knowledge of electronic procedural systems - Projudi, PJe, e-SAJ, and Eproc;

• Experience in Banking Law, Consumer Law, or Civil Litigation;

• Experience with search and seizure actions, review actions, executions, or banking contracts (Pro consumer);

• Fixed fees: R$ 3,500.00
