You will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of tax processes and contingencies, including risk assessment, provisions, performance indicators, and reporting to leadership.
• Preparing legal opinions, advice, and tax consultations involving federal, state, and municipal taxes.
• Providing tax consulting to business, finance, accounting, tax, procurement, commercial areas, and other internal clients, supporting strategic decision-making.
• Conducting tax risk analyses, impact studies, and operational reviews, identifying opportunities for tax optimization and contingency mitigation.
• Supporting the handling of tax audits, expert examinations, and inspections, coordinating the production of information and clarifications.
• Developing and monitoring relevant tax theses, monitoring legislative changes, jurisprudence, and leading cases with potential impact for the company.

Requirements:

• Law degree;
• Active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration;
• Advanced English;
• Solid experience in tax consulting and litigation;
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and municipal taxes;
• Experience in a large corporate environment or law firms.

Differentiators:

• Post-graduation or Master's degree in tax law;
• Degree in accounting and experience in a Big Four firm.
