DUTIES
- Experience in labor lawsuits;
- Experience in hearings;
- Drafting procedural documents;
- Support in procedural strategies;
- Legal research and construction of legal arguments;
- Case monitoring and deadline management in computerized systems;
- Liaising with clients for strategy alignment and gathering evidence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Familiarity with case management systems;
- Organization;
- Autonomy;
- Good deadline management.
ADVANTAGES
