Job description

DUTIES

  • Experience in labor lawsuits;
  • Experience in hearings;
  • Drafting procedural documents;
  • Support in procedural strategies;
  • Legal research and construction of legal arguments;
  • Case monitoring and deadline management in computerized systems;
  • Liaising with clients for strategy alignment and gathering evidence.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Familiarity with case management systems;
  • Organization;
  • Autonomy;
  • Good deadline management.


ADVANTAGES

  • Experience with medium and large clients;
  • Experience in structured law firms.
