Full-Time Lawyer - Contracts

Responsibility: Prepare, review and negotiate business contracts, covering preventive, consultative, compliance with legislation and internal company regulations; Support to internal departments to ensure well-structured contracts and documents. Analyze and formulate contractual guarantee instruments (promissory notes, letter of credit and reservation of domain); Provide legal advisory services to internal areas, interpreting applicable laws and regulations; Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to contract management; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Analyze and interpret contracts and documents, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement; Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and partners; Provide guidance on contractual matters to internal stakeholders; Participate in the development of new business opportunities and partnerships; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to contract management; Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
