Responsibilities and duties:

• Acting under the coordination of the internal legal team;
• Constant interface with internal areas and partner law firms;
• Conducting advisory and contentious activities;
• Acting in expropriation lawsuits;
• Monitoring eviction and repossession actions;
• Conducting actions to fulfill obligations for the regularization of access to the right-of-way;
• Analysis of occupations within the right-of-way;
• Drafting procedural documents, legal opinions, and land analyses;
• Interface with the Engineering, Operations, and Right-of-Way Management areas;
• Management and monitoring of outsourced law firms;
• Updating legal systems and internal controls;
• Support in contingency management;
• Drafting management reports and indicators.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Law degree and active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration;
• Professional experience between 3 and 7 years;
• Proven experience in: Litigation;
• Experience in Administrative Law will be a differential;
• Analytical, organized profile with good communication skills with different areas.

Work model: Hybrid - 3x in-person in Uberlândia /MG

Contract duration: 10 months
