Lawyer – High-Volume Civil Litigation (Junior/Mid-Level)
Nantes Mello Advogados is seeking a lawyer for dedicated work in high-volume civil litigation, with a focus on strategic client service and qualified portfolio management, in the position of Service Partner.

Main Responsibilities
- Comprehensive management of a high-volume portfolio of civil/consumer cases
- Tracking of deadlines, publications, and procedural workflows
- Drafting of legal documents in various stages
- Close client interaction, with a focus on priorities, risks, and operational efficiency
- Updating and using case management systems and portals
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of workflows and routines
Requirements
- Law degree with active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration
- Previous experience in high-volume civil/consumer litigation
- Experience in portfolio management
- Proficiency in Civil Procedure, Consumer Law, and Tort Law
- Consistent legal writing and objective communication skills
- Organized, proactive profile with a sense of responsibility for the portfolio
Differentiators
- Experience with legal software (especially Elaw)
- Familiarity with legal operations, jurimetrics, or process improvement
- Analytical and efficiency-oriented profile
