Opportunity for Junior Lawyer – Tax Litigation | Campinas/SP
We are advising a law firm in the search for a Junior Lawyer for work in Tax Litigation
.
We seek early-career talents with a strong interest in developing themselves in the tax litigation area.
Requirements:
• Law degree completed
• Active definitive OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration
• Previous experience as an intern in tax litigation
• Interest in strategic action and continuous learning
Main Activities:
• Drafting court documents
• Monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings
• Jurisprudential and doctrinal research
• Support in defining litigation strategies
