Responsibilities and duties:

• Work on a volume case portfolio, monitoring judicial demands in different procedural phases;
• Drafting petitions, submissions, appeals, and other procedural documents;
• Monitoring deadlines and procedural movements;
• Analyzing summons, decisions, and orders;
• Conducting research on legislation, jurisprudence, and doctrine;
• Populating and updating legal systems and internal controls;
• Support in defining procedural strategies and meeting deadlines;
• Liaising with internal departments and/or partner law firms to monitor demands;
• Preparing reports and updating portfolio indicators.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Completed Law degree and active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration;
• Experience with civil and/or federal litigation, preferably in high-volume practice;
• Knowledge of procedural routines and case tracking systems;
• Experience with cases processed in TRF1 (Federal Regional Court 1) will be considered a differential;
• Organized, analytical profile with good deadline management skills;
• Good ability to produce and review procedural documents.

Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week in person in Cidade Monções

Contract duration: 6 months
