Responsibilities and attributions
- Prepare procedural pieces of low to medium complexity.
- Conduct in-depth legal research.
- Represent the client in labor hearings.
- Manage processes and control deadlines.
- Use technological tools for process management.
- Participate in projects and collaborate for continuous process improvement.
- Prepare procedural reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Law with active OAB (Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil) certification.
- Experience in Labor Law.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and labor process.
- Mastery of legal and IT tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability for occasional travel.
