Description of the vacancy
Act as a real estate attorney consultant, documentary analysis, including:
- Property or possession of real estates;
- Corporate documents and representation;
- Succession rights to rented or ceded properties;
- Analysis of documentation for physical persons; among others.
Analysis and drafting of contracts such as addendums, terminations, lease agreements, commodatum, TPUs, notifications, and other related instruments regarding the leasing/ceding of real estates;
Drafting of legal opinions.
