VACANCY – ASSOCI LAWYER | JUDICIAL AND EXTRAJUDICIAL
Location: Jardim Aquarius – São José dos Campos/SP
Modality: Hybrid or remote
Hiring regime: Associated Lawyer or PJ (Legal Entity)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, during business hours
Compensation and benefits
• Fixed compensation of R$ 4,500.00;
• Meal allowance of R$ 35.00 per day (average of R$ 770.00/month);
• Average monthly earnings of approximately R$ 5,270.00, considering salaries + meal voucher;
• Transportation allowance for on-site or hybrid work, when necessary;
• Possibility of performance bonuses;
• Training and professional development.
About the opportunity
Law firm seeks an Associate Lawyer for judicial and extrajudicial practice, mainly in Real Estate, Succession, Civil, Tax, and Business Law.
The professional will be responsible for independently managing cases, drafting legal documents, client service, deadline control, and monitoring procedures with registry offices and public agencies.
Main activities
• Drafting and reviewing petitions, appeals, and requisitions;
• Handling probate, inheritance division, donation, and succession planning;
• Judicial and extrajudicial adverse possession and property regularization;
• Analysis of property records, deeds, contracts, certificates, and tax documents;
• Monitoring procedures with registry offices, city halls, commercial boards, and public agencies;
• Control of deadlines, publications, and case movements;
• Client service, meetings, and legal guidance to clients.
Requirements
• Completed Law degree and active and regular OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration;
• Professional experience compatible with the associate level;
• Experience in one or more areas: Real Estate Law, Succession Law, Civil Law, Tax Law, or Business Law;
• Experience in drafting legal documents and managing cases and procedures;
• Experience with probate, property regularization, registry offices, and public agencies;
• Experience with analysis of contracts, property records, deeds, and certificates;
• Experience with client service and direct communication with clients;
• Knowledge of deadline control and legal management systems;
• Availability for contact with registry offices, city halls, commercial boards, accounting firms, and other partners;
• Organization, autonomy, good communication, and ability to handle multiple demands.
Differentiators
• Postgraduate degree in areas such as Real Estate Law, Succession Law, Civil Law, Tax Law, Business Law, or related areas;
• Experience with succession planning, adverse possession, and real estate regularization;
• Knowledge of ClickUp or task management tools;
• Familiarity with legal automation and responsible use of artificial intelligence.
