Job Description: Job: Coordinator Lawyer - Pensions Area About the position: We are looking for a professional to act as a Coordinator Lawyer or Supervisor in the pensions area. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the sector, leadership skills and technical knowledge to supervise teams and manage strategic processes. Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise the legal team, ensuring the technical quality of services and processes; - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team; - Collaborate with other departments to ensure the alignment of the team's goals with the organization's objectives; - Provide guidance and support to team members; - Ensure compliance with laws and regulations; - Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders; - Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making; - Develop and implement policies and procedures; - Ensure the team's activities are in line with the organization's values and mission. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Law; - Master's degree in Law or related field (desirable); - At least 5 years of experience in the pensions area; - Strong leadership and management skills; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Familiarity with pension laws and regulations; - Ability to work with diverse stakeholders; - Strong organizational and time management skills; - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
