About the position

We are looking for a lawyer to work in mass civil litigation, participating in different areas of the firm, depending on demand and internal allocation.

The position requires organization, commitment, and the ability to handle a high volume of cases, ensuring the technical quality of deliverables, strict adherence to deadlines, and adequate follow-up of demands in all their phases.

We are looking for a professional with an analytical and proactive profile and good adaptability, capable of acting in both operational and strategic activities within litigation.

Main activities:

- Drafting procedural documents during the instruction phase, appeals, enforcement of judgments, and execution;

- Case monitoring;

- Participation in hearings;

- Reading and inputting publications;

- Control of cases, procedures, and deadlines;

- Inputting and registering information in the internal and client systems;

- Drafting reports;

- Among other activities.

Requirements:

- Experience with mass civil litigation in the described activities;

- Concentration, agility, and sense of priority;

- Excellent organization and deadline management;

Desired Profile:

- Clear communication and proactivity;

- Knowledge of PJE, E-saj, Projudi, Eproc, and other systems.
