Job description
Main Responsibilities:
• Conducting strategic judicial processes with emphasis on Civil Law, Civil Procedure, Consumer Law, Business Law, and Judicial Recovery and Bankruptcy, with risk analysis and proposal of legal strategies aligned to the company's objectives;
• Direct involvement in interface and alignment of strategies with external partner law firms;
• Support for various internal areas of the company, contributing to the improvement of workflows and mitigation of legal risks;
• Preparation of process documents of low, medium, and high complexity;
• Monitoring of deadlines and management of indicators.
