About the vacancy:

The law firm Ney Fonseca Advogados, specializing in Civil, Business, and Tax Law, is seeking an associate lawyer to join its team. We operate in both advisory and litigation areas, focusing on customized solutions for our clients. We offer a collaborative environment of constant learning, with the possibility of hybrid work (in-person and remote).

Responsibilities:

• Act in client service and follow-up in judicial and administrative proceedings.
• Draft opinions, petitions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Conduct hearings and external diligences.
• Support in the analysis and structuring of corporate, real estate, and estate planning operations.
• Monitor legal trends and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Law degree and active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration;
• At least 3 years of experience in a law firm (preferably in civil litigation);
• Knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law;
• Good writing and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Interest in continuous learning and development.

The selection process will be divided into three stages:

Stage 1 - Curriculum analysis;

Stage 2 - Videoconference interview;

Stage 3 - Written test and in-person interview.
